Learning at Conceptart.org by Criscelda Learning at Conceptart.org by Criscelda
WIP [link]

I just joined Conceptart.org [link] and I think it is a gold mine for learning, you learn many things, things that i couldn't have imagined would be possible.

this was the Knight that i was working on, and with enough criticism, well not criticism as i would call it, but guidance. accepting those guidance are hard at first cause i just can't let go of what i believe, but i must accept the fact that i am not good enough and must ask or even beg and follow advices from those who are experienced.

what made me marvel most at concept art is that all the critics on my thread have different opinions and different views but what they had said leads to improvement. I am sorry to some critics I have encountered earlier on other forums, but i just can't accept advice when i sense or see that you don't have the slightest idea of what you are talking about.

so this is the first step to my improvement, the armors and backgrounds are now on the process of revamping. this knight has a look with authority, the first one looks gullible and more of a squire [link]

ITS ABOUT TIME YOU DECIDED TO ASK HELP FROM CONCEPTART. PEOPLE THERE ARE EXPERIENCED AND KNOW WHAT TO DO ON AND IT IS A GOOD THING THAT YOU ACCEPT YOUR LIMITATION AND WILLING TO LEARN UNLIKE OTHERS WHOM I HAD SEEN AT CA WHO JUST POST BUT WOULDN'T ACCEPT CRITICISM, THEN WOULD GO AROUND THE NET TELLING INFERIOR ARTIST HOW GREAT IS CA. THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE WITHOUT THEM.

Your coming along with it, your defining the detail and highlights. Proportions seem good, all I can say is never stop. Oh and patience helps, to truly getting in there with a fine brush and layering together your objects.(Something I really need to work on.)
Keep up the good work, hope to see more.
